A 30 min session where we get to know each other and assess whether you can see this engagement helping you in your goals.
This free session is a crucial one in many ways since the foundation of all the work in this field relies on mutual trust and camaraderie.
1:1 Coaching (and mentoring)
Welcome to a unique blend of classic mentoring-guidance, slowly transforming into the deeper transformation that occurs in coaching.
So we could start with a specific scenario related to work or personal realms. But over time, using techniques from the Integral Coaching method, you will develop capabilities to work with everything that life throws at you, with ease and flow.
The engagement comprises a series of fortnightly sessions (60-90 mins) spread over 3-6 months depending on the objectives and situtation diagnosis.
